Victoria Folk Fest is a celebration of live music, local creativity, and community connection — and it simply wouldn’t happen without our amazing volunteers. From helping artists backstage to greeting festival-goers at the gates, volunteers are the heart and soul of this event.

When you join the team, you’re not just helping out — you’re becoming part of the Folk Fest family. Our volunteers help shape the festival’s spirit and make it something we can all be proud to call our own.

 Volunteer Roles Include:

• Stage Crew & Artist Support – assist with setup, sound checks, and stage transitions

• Hospitality Team – help keep our performers and volunteers fed and happy

• Eco Crew – keep the park beautiful and clean

• Front Gate & Info Booth – welcome guests, scan tickets, and answer questions

• Kids & Family Zone – support activities that keep our youngest folkies smiling

• Merch & Merchandise Sales – help sell band and festival merch
